Terms of Service

By using JustFifteen, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trap you. If something is unclear, just ask.

What JustFifteen is

JustFifteen is a read-only feed reader. It aggregates public content from people you choose to follow. It is not a social network. You can't post, comment, or interact with other users.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use JustFifteen to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape or extract data at scale using automated tools.
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the content refresh system.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of anyone's rights.

We're not looking for reasons to ban people. We just ask for basic good faith.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is permanent — we can't recover deleted accounts.

Content

JustFifteen aggregates publicly available content from third-party platforms. We don't create, endorse, or take responsibility for the content your followed people publish. If content is problematic, the issue is with the original source.

We operate on a read-only basis — we don't republish, redistribute, or sell aggregated content.

Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something went wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Prices may change in the future. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price for an existing subscription.

Service availability

We try to keep JustFifteen reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided as-is. We're not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or data loss.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service, with reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

Termination

You can stop using JustFifteen anytime. We can terminate accounts for violations of these terms. If we ever shut down the service, we'll give users at least 30 days' notice.

Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JustFifteen's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates. For EU users, your local consumer protection rights apply regardless.

Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the new terms.
